Tithi is a human resources professional with over 18 years of experience in talent acquisition. She has a master's degree in business administration from New Delhi Institute of Management and has worked for companies such as Google, RBS, and The Times of India.

Former colleagues describe her as "one of a kind", "a very positive, smiley person", and "a helpful, humble human with a sympathetic attitude who never compromises her professionalism, integrity, and work ethic."

Patient and responsible, she can be relied upon to get things done and her conscientious, customer-focused approach is a natural fit for an estate planning firm.

Tithi has a bachelor's degree in philosophy from Delhi University, where she was President of the Philosophy Society for 3 years. Her true passion, however, is painting. Something she shares with her 10-year-old daughter, as well as her love of dogs.
