Amen Bedi

Paralegal

Bio

The first thing you notice about Amen Preet is her smile. It's enough to brighten anyone's day. But don't mistake that sunniness for a lack of steely determination. For Amen is a person who gets things done.

Fluent in Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu, Amen's language skills help her explain complicated information and her voluntary work with the elderly gives her a sensitivity beyond her years. Clients appreciate her quick service, patient manner, and how she makes herself easy to reach.

Before joining Amadeus, Amen worked as an Estate Planning Case Manager for Coop Legal Services. She has a law degree from SOAS University of London and a Master of Laws in Legal Practice from BPP Law School, where she graduated with distinction.

A born planner and time-management whizz, Amen has over 12 years of experience running her own shopkeeping business - while studying at school, college, and university AND embarking on her legal career.

That would be enough for most people. Not Amen. She somehow also found time to volunteer as a social care worker, student coach, president of her university's Sikh Society, and a helper at the Tenerife Whale and Dolphin Conversation Project.

Outside of work, what makes Amen smile?

Travel. Particularly the multi-sensory experience of visiting India where each city has its own flavour. She loves to learn about diverse cultures and cuisines and has been all around Europe by car, bus, and plane - 5 times. She now has a life goal of travelling the entire world.

Knowing Amen, if she puts her mind to it, she'll achieve it.
